Returns & refunds

We want you to be happy with your piece. If it isn't right, you can return it for a full refund.

Window

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

How to return

Email the studio at contact@kabedin.store to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer. If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied, we cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Because orders are paid for in cash on delivery, refunds are issued by UK bank transfer within 7 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.

Made-to-order

Pieces produced specifically to your order are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
