- Where do you ship to?
- We ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched from our London studio via a tracked service.
- How much does shipping cost?
- A flat rate of £4.99 applies to UK orders. Shipping is free on orders over £50.
- How long does delivery take?
- Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 working days and delivered in 2–4 working days once dispatched. Made-to-order pieces have a longer lead time noted on the product page.
- What is your returns policy?
- You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.
- How do I start a return?
- Email the studio at contact@kabedin.store to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- How are refunds issued?
- Refunds are issued by UK bank transfer within 7 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.

- Are your products handmade?
- Yes. We produce in small batches so each object can be checked by hand before it leaves the studio.
